Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion To Release In 6500 Screens In India: That’s The Highest For Any Indian Cinema

SS Rajamouli’s magnu opus Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion trailer is already creating waves across the country and the film is on a record breaking spree prior to release only.

The movie, which is slated for release on April 28, is all set to release in 6500 screens in India, 750 screens in North America and another 1000 in 30 other markets. that’s the maximum for any Indian cinema ever. Earlier, Salman Khan’s Sultan which released in 2016 in over 4300 screens across India, which was the highest for a Bollywood film.

“#Baahubali2 will release in 6,500 Screens in India.. Highest ever for any movie in India..,” tweeted Ramesh Bala, film tracker from Chennai.

Baahubali 2 will be released in 4 Indian languages – Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi on 28 April. Recently, Director SS Rajamouli had also confirmed that the film would have an IMAX version as well.

Prodcuers Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni have arranged for a new set of distributors in all territories, except for Hindi version. The Hindi version is being done by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Anil Thadani’s AA Films, who did for initial part also.
